If we file a Chapter II Demand with Article 34 Amendments how can I schedule a telephone interview with the IPEA Examiner and the Agent of Record before the final IPRP is issued?

If you wish to schedule an interview you may request an interview with KIPO via their email : isa.kipo@korea.kr or via fax :82-42-481-8578.

With the time difference, a telephone interview will be hard to schedule.

Also, in the case you receive a IPEA-WO from KIPO/IPEA during the Demand process you may directly contact the IPEA examiner mentioned on your WO via email.

If you don't know the email address of your examiner, then you may contact KIPO's email (isa.kipo@korea.kr) for your examiner's email.
